Glad this thread was revived!  I hope to do a picnic and try some bird(Chix or Turk) legs this weekend.  Still no camera, so no Q-view.  Gotta get a camera!!!  Steve

I just got all the parts for mine, looking for time to put it together.

I was at Sam's club today and saw pork butts were $1.26 per lb @ the case price so I picked up one of those. Smoking 3 of those tonight, 4 went into buckboard bacon and the last 3 butts I cubed to mix with venison for summer sausage. Perfect.
