Just pulled a butt out of the brine too smoke on sunday. Pot of beans, mac n cheese.

I only wish I could find a brisket up here.  No such thing in Costco, meat store don't carry them, butcher say two week to order, most are cut into stew meat in the area.  But for the upcoming May long weekend, ribs, pulled pork, plus whatever my neighbour decides to do on smoking day.  It is going to a good Sunday Smoke.

Not sure if you have a Sobeys near you, but the one I use here in Brampton can have it in 2 days. They usually order 3 times (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) a week. Hope that helps.

Looks like a case of pork butts if they're OK to use after they're thawed.

Gonna try those boneless, skinless chicken thighs wrapped in bacon. how can that be bad? Some cream cheese and a Vegan friend is coming over so I can smoke her some tofu and fruit. I give her a lot of grief but she is an excellent cook. May do burgers on Monday, don't know yet.
