keywesmoke...love that reciepe...one thing my pop was fond of was the brats. Pretty much had those every weekend growing up. I remember him making them in a shallow pan on the grill 6-8 brats, two beers to cover brats, onions, garlic, etc. to spice. Let'em boil, saute, er whatever they were doing on there, and 'bout 45 min later slap those sucks on some big hoagie buns with onions, and qraut.

Man I guess i know what's going on the grill July 4th.
