I am a complete newbie to this smoking thing, but I have a 30" Masterbuilt propane 2-Door smoker (Already modded my chip pan and added seal to doors), a Maverick ET-732 and the will to become fantastic at this. I can't wait to spend some time researching this site for tips and tricks on how to get me better at this.
