I smoked 4 racks of baby's this weekend. I have a bunch of dripping I have saved. I skimmed off the grease. What are some uses with it? I just hate to throw it out.

I like to save the drippings and cook them down a bit, then use them as a glaze for the ribs. But if the ribs have already been eaten...you could save the drippings for the next cook and use them in your foiling sauce

The blaze is a good idea. It may be good on pork but also.

Next time you smoke ribs, try catching all the drippings in a batch of Dutch's Wicked Baked Bean's
