What pellets for eggs?

Gonna smoke some hard boiled eggs for deviled eggs. What do you guys think will be best, oak , cherry , maple , or hickory.

IMHO: Hickory will be too strong

How about a Maple/Cherry Mix?

have tried cooking /smoking all in one they are great

225*-240* for a 2-3 hours 

best of both worlds

Good call on the cherry/maple mix. Had the AMNPS going on them for almost 3 hours. They came out great and should he a hit on Christmas. Sorry no pics.
