What meat to use with Fatties?

  1. Got the itching to try a Fatty!  I smoked a 10lb pork butt last weekend and still have quite a bit of it left over.  I was thinking of incorporating that into a Fatty!

    What meat would you use for the base layer (after the bacon), ground beef? Venison?  

    This is what I was thinking?  

    Bacon, Meat (Ground Beef), pulled pork, Smoked Guida Cheese, Jalapeno's, Onions, Red and Green bell peppers.

    I use sausage, but the ground beef will work just fine.  Go for it and don't for get the q-view
