I see prices all over the place.  Syracuse is $37/hank and Butcher is $27/hank.  I am looking for a tender hog casing ~ 32-35mm.

I read about hand pulled but can't find any.  Then knife cut ... can't find any.  In fact, I don't even know if folks selling them know what they have.  Nothing is available locally from the stores.

Who sells a decent hog casing?  The last I bought were tough ... did the good soak, vinegar ... still tough.

I buy mine from local stores that make sausage. They always have to go in the back to get them. About $20 a hank. I have only ordered fibrous and collagen online. Those were from Walton's Inc and I have no complaints.
