Lol, that's funny stuff there! Good looking ribs and the color on the chicken is great. How is the skin turn out with the buttermilk brine?

The skin was the best I’ve had honestly, usually I never eat it because it’s takes like crap and rubbery but it was good I’ve ate all the skin I’ve come across so far on it. Actually eating some on top a pizza now.

And the butcher told me about the flaken talk not long ago thanks

Beef ribs and a 10 pound Boston butt that took 14 hours at 225-250

Pork babybacks and chicken wings that sat in buttermilk for about 1 hour. Smoked at 225-250 and the cook took 3.5 hours and little less for the chicken. No spritz or saucing just smoke, heat and rub

More turkey today after work cooking cowboy style with some nice maple. Not sure which can’t exactly but smelled really good and always taste great. I was impressed by it over the smoker. I used to cook like this but not lately. Salt pepper and that’s it. Taste great. 1 hour 45 minutes or so. No temp gauge just eye ball. The beef is Denver steak, the butcher said it cut off the side rib. That was pretty good

Did some Korean beef ribs last night. Wasn’t crazy about the ingredients I added to the bbq marinate. Bbq suace plus hot sauce and couple shots of fireball. They edible but not crazy about them. Hopefully the flavors will tame out when I eat the rest. Next time I’ll keep it to bbq sauce. They seem to always come out really sweet so I wanted to try something different

ribs took almost 6 hours. 15 minutes short of 6 hours. I marinated the beef ribs in bbq suace for about 3 hours. The fat on them were really good. Kinda lost interest in my other butcher. He seems little grouchy sometimes
