what I like about smoking a brisket

What a great way to do very little and yet be busy all day. "I'd like to go shopping with you but...I've got this brisket."

Ya.. that is a hard one to sell.  But I have used it.  I made the mistake of going and playing a round of golf (course is real close to my house) while smoking meat once.  She will never let me forget that whenever I try to use the "I got meat on the smoker" excuse.

fIrelover , add to that the company of a 'Friend' and the refreshments , the litle stuff you make to snack on and the 'Pride of saying' ,I did this all myself .

When serving one like this ,the complements just keep coming...
