What I did on my summer vacation...

Today is my first day of vacation..

Fired up the Egg and tossed on a 10 pound flat.
A dozen beef short ribs
2 racks of pork loin ribs...
All rubbed with Simply Marvelous Cherry rub
Cooked over Humphreys Lump Charcoal with some hickory
Set up the Egg with the adjustable rig, using the spider and the pizza stone.
Some thin blue...


The beef ribs are in the foil.
Started them in the thin blue for about 2 hours, then split them into 2 seperate foil packs... one with a sweet sauce and a little Yeungling, the other with Old Carolina Screamin' Beaver sauce and a little Yeuningling ... they went about another 4 hours...
Pretty beefy loin ribs, and the brisket on the bottom...


Dinner...
