What a morning

We wlil have to see how this smokw comes out, made a fattie but over filled and and had to use another pound of jimmie dean, worried it will blow out, butterflied a tenderloin, fut was to small to really fill with anything, so I put some spinach in it, seemed everything I touched got messed up.  I think I saved all but time will tell

Hang in there buddy.. I had a day like that a while back.. actually I have quite a few days like that it seems. The cool thing about smoking meat is that there are few things that you can mess up that's not salvageable in some way.

I eat my mistakes and move on
