The deer have finally showed up in our 'hood. The smell of them being in our yard is driving them nuts. Both of them, nose to the ground, howling, running at about 3/4 speed....at 2 in the morning. After a half hour or so they get cold and come into the house and go sit in front of the pellet stove. A couple of days ago they treed the peacock that lives in our 'hood. Couple months back they found a snake in the yard...

I've got a funny story for you, A friend of mine bout a breeding pair of Emu's back in the 90's when they were the next big thing. He paid about 10 grand for the pair. Never did breed, I kept telling him they were gay. Anyway he got tired of feeding them and there was NO market for the at all. In fact people were just turning them loose. So he gave them to one of his employees, He told me you wont believe what that guy did,

Bar B Cue   both of them
