Hi I am Ben and love this forum.

I got a Smoke Hollow 41170B gasser a few months ago and have been really enjoying it. I have done pork ribs, chickens and the family favorite MEATLOAF!!

Any tips on maintaining temps and keeping a steady smoke would be greatly appreciated!
