I got a nice 5.5 lb shoulder roast in my MES 40"

The A-MAZE-N-SMOKER is giving some good steady smoke.

It's about 80°F with a nice breeze here in Sugar Land.

Good cup of coffee.

Wife and kids are leaving me alone.

WHAT A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know the feeling. I have 2 -12lb butts in the smoker and I sitting here running thur threads as it all smokes. Life is GOOD.

Got the MES warming up here also. Gonna throw 9 racks of spares on to smoke .

Wish it would be 80 and breezy here should hit 100 this afternoon. w/ 90% humidity.
