wife went grocery shopping this morning while i waited at home for my shipment of sausage casings , the casings arrived just before she returned, then we put them away and about 2 pm and started cutting, and grinding the meat to make 70 lbs of sausage we just finished seasoning and mixing and got them back in the fridge to sit overnight, tomorrow we will stuff ,smoke and package them and deliver them on Monday , this is about 1/3 of the total sausage ( different kinds ) we are doing this summer
