At 33 cents a pound for lump, that's the best price I've seen on something that wasn't an end-of-season clearance item. Looking forward to what you find. HD has raised their price on RO Lump back to $12.97/15.44 lb bag.

Please post pics of what you find in the Western bag.

Starting my ribs up now. Charcoal is nice big chunks, no flooring or scrap. Lit up fast in the chimney, normal sparks like any other lump, smells good, more pics later.

Here's the ribs on. Using my ne Expert charcoal grill that my boys got me for Fathers Day instead of my WSM, put a decent temp gauge on it is the only mod I did. Water pan under the ribs, holding temp nice so far. I think I'm going to go back to Walmart and get 3 or 4 more bags.

That’s a cool little cooker, looks like the ribs are coming along nicely. Definitely gonna have to grab a bag or two of that. For that price you can’t beat it.

Went back to wally world just now and got some Sweet Baby Rays sauce and 3 more bags. When she scanned the bag 3 times price came up $6.50, so I thought maybe a sale today, wasn't going to say you are overcharging me, especially there. Wife said to save the receipt as they have to honor that price. So 90lbs. of really good lump for $19.50 plus tax.

Thanks, I like it because you can raise and lower the charcoal, plus cast iron cooking grates.

I seen that at Walmart. I wanted to pick some up but didn't. I will now. Keep posting.

Hour to go, sauce is on. If you have a chance go buy a bag of this lump, always used royal oak but this stuff is better IMO. Now for the taste test, I'm sure it will be great if I trust my sense of smell, all the neighbors are jealous I'm thinking. BTW I'm amazed at how this cheap charcoal grill did as far as holding temp. I had to mess with the 4 vents a bit but after I figured it out pretty damn good grill/pit for $88.
