Well, It Was Her Request!

Hey all… Wife’s birthday today, this is a short post! She asked for some seafood!

So done some CI Sea Bass fillets… lightly seasoned with some sea salt and coarse black pepper… basted in butter! Actually first time doing these… never had it before!

Also done some garlic/butter shrimp and mussels!

Pretty quick cook and not much time for pics!

But here’s a couple plated shots!

Was a pretty tasty early dinner…
