Hey guys, just wanted to stop in and say hi. I have been in the Air Force now for 18 years and that is what brings me to good old Abilene. I am fairly new at the smoking thing, but am defiantly looking to get some good info from you guys. I just bought a Pecos smoker from Academy about a week ago and just getting set up to start smoking some meat this weekend. I look forward to getting to know you guys. Talk to you soon.
