Bear, I still eat a "VIE-ANNA" sausage sammich at deer camp from time to time. Split em long ways, two slices of white bread and some mustard....MMMMHMMMM!

I found the weisswurst to be very mild. The texture was a little rubbery to me.
Yeah , don't take much to heat them thru . The ones I made , I used the SV to cook them . Ate some right out of the cook , they were great . Freezing and re-heated they were a bit " rubbery " .
