Was in the mood for beef over the weekend so i decided ill do some steaks.
Bought a London broil and a Tomahawk ribeye. Both smoked on the MES til 125° and seared to finish at med rare. They were phenomenal. Forgot to take the money shot of the ribeye!

Your London Broil looks awesome, very nice edge to edge.
Did you marinate it or tenderize, or just season and cook?
Such an under appreciated cut of beef, wonderful when prepped, cooked and sliced properly.

The Tomahawk looks great too.

Just salt and pepper then reverse seared. Comes out perfect and tender every time. Thanks!

I get my grill preheated when I'm about 5 minutes from pulling off the smoker. Any ole gasser will do.

Agreed. That broil looks absolutely amazing! You seem like you have it down.

I have never had a tomahawk ribeye myself, but I worked on a restaurant that is known for them. I have heard that it is a very delicious cut, and yours looks very nice

Looks like you did a great job on those cuts of beef.

Point for sure.
