Weekend Smoke, Large, relatively large, Butt, ABTs, Fattie, Venison Loin

Man that's some fine looking grub. The wrapped fattie looks to have some great possibilities. I can see it now, smoker on the river bank, Dutch Oven over the fire, smoke a fattie stuffed with some eggs, cheese, sauted onions, peppers, and rooms, wrap and into the oven to bake. I can REALLY see it happening soooooon.

Good job brotha!!! I finally got a chance to take a look at your thread and read it from start to finish. Hopefully you were downing that Oatmeal Stout at 3 AM and thats why you dumped the butt in the water, LOL. Venison still scares the crap outta me but you made it look pretty good! I gotta try one of those dough wrapped fatties next time I smoke, I didn't even know that was possible, heh.
