They are great. A Romanian friend made them last summer, and now I'm giving them a try.Looks great!! Had to google Romanian Mici....thanks for that. Something else added to the list of things I've got to try!
Been looking around this morning . Marainski has a formula on his site under fresh sausage as Mititei or Mici .This recipe calls for 50/50 beef and fatty pork, baking soda, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and optional all spice.
