Well I didn't get to smoke this weekend so I'm doing a turket tonight.

I put it in the cheeseball bucket Friday to brine. A little 10 pounder. I ripped the arms and legs off to get it done quicker.

Doing one liverwurst sausage and more Hot and Spicy Crisp-x mix (chex mix) with almonds. pecans and pistashios. Can't seem to keep that stuff on my desk at work!

Eatting supper right now I'll post pixs later.

I like the bucket because it fits nice in the fridge.

Cheeseball buckets work good as small beer fermentors too! Just add a $2 spigot and a $2 air lock and you can brew 2 gallons of beer in it.

Okay it done!

Here's the results for tomorrows supper and work snacks! Only used 3 chunks of wood and there's still some smoldering.

Hey, have you noticed that you and cajunsmoker are nearing the status of "SMOKE GODS" . Was wondering if we should have a roast or somthing....maybe a SMF wrist watch.
