Roundup for home use no longer contains glyphosate; I only discovered this when I noticed the last bottle didn’t work very well

Weed burners do a fine job, but you’ll be a little limited in where you can use them. You’ll probably still need to spray when close to anything flammable.

Only thing I use my weed torch for is lighting charcoal :emoji_laughing:

Sure is a lot faster than a chimney!

We still use Roundup, but as mentioned, it's not as effective as it used to be - since they removed the "carcinogen" from the formula. I reckon I should use the torch more for my chain link fence-line, and other areas where I won't burn down the house...

Weed torch sounds fun, but where we live is 24/7/365 fire ban.

there are several weed killers without glyphosate. Google "weed killer without glyphosate" many choices.

gas works for years. lol

at least it did in the 80s. so weak now it mite not even kill grass.

I've got a decent weed burner but I use it more for burning wood than I do for burning weeds. Makes quick work out of burning some pine!

I found this mixture works better than glyphosate.

Go to Lowe's get some 30% acidity vinegar, one cup per gallon of vinegar of salt and five or six drops of dish detergent. Works great about $5

Try this if you dont want to burn everything. I have been using this mix for years and it works great.
