We made it through the oldest son's wedding last night! Now I just have to figure out what to do with the extra pulled pork. We planned on roughly 50% more people for dinner. Oh well, more for me I guess! It will be harder using up the left over keg, I can't drink like I used to.

Wrap it up in a nice box with a bow and send it with the Bride and Groom with the rest of their presents!

Have to say though, at our wedding, there was not a single morsel of food left, and especially none of the brisket that we cooked. And someone threw my wife's plate of food away before she was done with it. She's still pissed off about that.

Don't throw away the bride's food. My wife is still ticked that my mom (at least that's our suspect since no one will admit to it even after 15 years) threw out the two slices of wedding cake my wife sat aside for us so we wouldn't miss out while serving cake to everyone else.

Howdy kawboy,

Just put that pulled pork in vacuum sealed freezer bags and freeze it in portion sizes of your choice. You can keep it for months in the freezer, and it'll heat up as tasty as the day
of the wedding!

As far as that keg, just let me know if you need help disposing of it...
