its always nice to get one you know you can get parts for so I would say go for it, you should be able to keep it running for years.

That's a killer price. I have a Genesis E-320 and love it. It was my first Weber grill and I'll never buy another brand of gasser. So much better built than my previous brinkmann stainless. For $199 I'd have to get a Spirit as a spare, though my wife would prolly kill me for it. :)

Two thumbs up for that deal!

"With the 2007 model year, Weber has restored this line. The new Spirit is made in China so that Weber could actually reduce the price." Let the buyer beware.

It is dirty cheap in US! This model cost over 700$ here in Finland. Im just about to buy used E-310 for about 300$, fortunately it has new burners, flaworbars and also some kind weber castiron plate.

Can you use it for low heat smoking ? This would be my first gas-grill.

I bought this one two years ago to replace my 'old' Weber that lasted 18 years. This one is actually an upgrade with its cast iron cooking grates. Do I really have to say any more?

Weber makes rock solid stuff for sure and has great support.

I finally worked my way up to their Summit S-670 flagship model.  I lucked up on a guy who bought his with all the extras for $2,800 at a BBQ specialty shop in Atlanta but was moving due to a job transfer.  He did not want to pay to have it shipped and was just going to sell it and get a Green Egg as his new place had a smaller patio.  He probably only used it about 6 times and let it go for $1,100.  It was in "out of the box" condition when I picked it up.  It will last me the rest of my life (and the stainless is very thick, this thing weighs a ton).

Had to make a deal with the wife though, my other gasser had to go to make space for the S-670 so we gave it to a neighbor who's Walmart special was on it's last rusted out legs.  Everybody was happy.

That was a great deal
