Grass fed ribeyes in the MES with char/hickory dust in the tube and most certainly reverse seared on the Q!

I have the Genesis 310 . Never could get a hot sear with it .
Bought some 16 ga Flavor bars and heat deflectors , it's anew grill with those .
Searing machine now .

thats what I have, but 10 years old. where did you pick these items up? Weber direct or?

I got them from Amazon . Not Weber brand , but I wanted the heavier gauge , SS .
Seemed they had two sizes . I measured mine to make sure .
