Had some training classes in Schaumburg, Il ('burb of Chicago) and had dinner at the Weber Grill tonight.

Restaurant is pretty cool looking on the outside with a HUGE Weber grill out front and then a very cool looking red, white and blue grill on display just inside and above the door.

Kitchen area is viewable and all the cookers, maybe 8 of them, looked like great big stainless steel grills with the rotating draft vent right on top.

Menu is pretty good, varied selection but I thought some of the prices were a bit much on some things and were in line with other places on most items.

I balked at the beer can chicken and brisket simply because I must have steak my first trip to a place...and I'll be back up here again soon I'm sure.

Steak (18oz bone in ribeye) was tasty and well cooked but not in the league of it's $40 price tag. Single side of whipped sweet potatoes was as good as anywhere else.

The pre dinner rolls were good, rolls made from pretzel dough...first for me and if they had been salted I could have eaten a bunch of them.

I'd love to try that place...I think I'd even fork (no pun intended) over the $40 for a good bone in ribeye (I wonder what the food cost is on that?...I bet it's still above average...)
