Weather finally Broke

The weather finally dried up and I've been smoking most of the day. Here's where I'm at now. More to follow.

Taking the bird off now to rest before I pull it. Butt is at 192* not much longer now

Nice looking quarters, what are those rubbed / marinated in? They look like they'll be a mouthwatering treat!

Glad the weather has finally turned nice to get a smoke in. There's nothing worse than looking out the kitchen window (or back porch) at the lonely smoker being unused.

Had a bottle of Famous Dave's Chicken rub. Modified it w/ some sugar and cayenne. Been spraying w/ an apple juice/ burbon mix about every hour. Hate to ruin such a good looking leg, but they were made for pulling.
