That's a quality set of knives.
We have a set of Wusthof knives that we really like. If you haven't used them before, keep an eye out for cracked handles, sometime leading to pieces of handle falling off. Wusthof is a very good company -- their knives carry a lifetime warranty -- and they have an efficient process for replacing a knife with that problem free of charge. We just had two knives replaced that were at least 10 years old.
