First time smoking a Pork Butt and was going to have it go overnight.  Got pretty damm cold 17F but smoker stayed between 220-260 all night. John Henry's Pecan rub on pork and my homemade on the brisket.  This was the most nervous one yet, but it was only number 2.  ET-732 was a GREAT buy!

Thanks.  Glad to share.  Wish the pics could be better but was under pressure from family trying to dig in.  Brisket was a little dry till about 1/4 of the way in.  My wife's Grandfather brought some homemade BBQ sauce and his recipe!  Starts sweet with a lingering bite at the end.
