Can anyone help me out.
I'm smoking a pork butt tomorrow for a family bbq on Saturday.
Will it be ok to chill the butt once pulled and re heat on Saturday?
Ps I'm in the U.K so tomorrow is a little closer here [emoji]128512[/emoji]

My experience is that pulled pork reheats nicely ONE time. So keep that in mind and only reheat what you. Are sure you'll need that day. If you need more, reheat more.

If you have a vacuum sealer you seal the pulled pork in  1-2 lb packs . You can drop the sealed packs into simmering water to reheat.
