Ok, For Christmas I had told My wife I would cook the Turkey. Well, we now have more people coming over for Dinner on Christmas Day should be 14 adults and a couple of kids. I would like your input on cooking both a Turkey and a Lamb at the same time on the smoker.

First, would anyone recommend this?

I have a Char-Griller pro on which I have smoked dozens of Butts, chickens and of course ribs. I have never smoked a turkey or lamb.

If you were going to try this, How much meat would you get for that many people?

Would I be better off cooking one in the smoker and one in the oven?

Or Maybe The turkey in the smoker and cook the lamb using indirect heat on a different grill ( I have a weber kettle also) ?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks and Have a Great Day!!!-SG
