I am redoing my outdoor kitchen this year and we want to add a flat top griddle. I can get my hands on an electric unit for free through work. The big problem is it is 208 volt. We also like cooking with gas since it is easier to control temps. I looked on line and couldnt find any thing about doing this. Anyone have any info or links that would help me convert this to gas? The only thing I could think up is maybe taking a 4 burner grill and converting it with mounting the burner set up under the flat top.

Kevin, morning.....  boykjo, a member here, has made his own gas burners....  If you are handy, and have access to the right tools, custom burners would be cool....    Dave

This chart expresses BTU output through a given orifice.... Drill size.... Inches Water Pressure of the gas.... Natural and Propane Gas

The hole/slot configuration in the tube burner is up to you....
