I have an event tomorrow and want to do a couple Wagyu Brisket's. Checked out Smoke River farms but not available overnight. Checked Lobels as well. Any suggestions.

That's an interesting article.

A few of the guys that I compete with here in Indy have tried Wagyu side by side with a brisket they bought at Wal-Mart and couldn't tell the difference at the end of the smoke to make it worth the price.

The marbling is better but you could probably get better marbling by going to a butcher that knows their stuff too.

Smoke River farms seems reasonable and I read an article on here that Myron purchases his from there. Not sure how true it is. I have lots of work perfecting my brisket before i get to that level anyways.

Good luck with your event - Please do us a favor and swing by Roll Call and introduce yourself

Good luck with the event and let us know how it goes.
