Dang Chili. I must have posted 100 briskets in detail. Just cooked it the way I always do man!

Ya know Chili. I can’t tell a difference between them and prime. And sometimes I have difficulty telling a prime for choice angus. Now I’m sure if we were talking about a grilled steak that would be different.
But after a hunk o beef has been in a smoker 15 hours.. who knows.
It was nice to smoke but won’t be running out and buying another anytime soon. Choice angus works every time for me.
