Was it marbled beyond a Prime grade?
Was it beyond expectations, was it noteworthy?
Was it like butter?
Cooking temp, time, wrap?
Did it cook it faster?
Did it render a lot of fat out?
Ya know Chili. I can’t tell a difference between them and prime. And sometimes I have difficulty telling a prime for choice angus. Now I’m sure if we were talking about a grilled steak that would be different.Oh okay, never mind then.
I was just wondering if the Wagyu are all hype or not.
As I said up above. If it were a steak it would make a difference. But after being in a smoker for 15 hours.... choice is just fine. In my opinion. BLooks great. I cant afford super briskets. Choice works for me
