Vortex wings -light coat of oil or no oil tossed with wings before cooking?

I never use oil with wings prior to cooking. Just leave them in the fridge uncovered for an hour or so to help dry out the skin

Guess that means you go with oil on half and no oil on the other half to see which way you like them!
