Good Morning. I am new to the forum. A customer of mine turned me on to this group after we spent a great deal of time swapping tips on the art of smoking. I already posted a question on temperature profile for smoking. I hope to learn a lot here. Thanks for letting me in!

I was blessed with a MasterBuilt digital smoker for Fathers Day / Birthday. Most smoking before that the main ingredient was prayer. Now that I can control things better, I need to know what to do.
