Hello all. My name is Michael and I am 35 years old and currently reside in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. I started smoking earlier this year after much begging and plaeading with my wife to let me buy a smker and let me tell you, it's been one delicious ride since then. I have a Smoke Hollow LP Gas smoker (32cu/in) (starting small until I can pull off a mobile smoker) and I smoke everything that I can. As I type this, I have my first leg of lamb smoking at about 235 degrees on a nice cold December day. I've done briskets, pork butts and shoulders, ribs, you name it. The only thing I have yet to smoke (meat wise) is fish and my wife isn't to keen on that idea so I may have to work that one a little easier. I am always looking for new recipes for rubs and marinades and sauces and new ideas on how to approach smoking different things. Nice to be in the page and forums. Happy smoking!!

The information here is top notch and everyone here loves to share what they know. That convincing the wife everything is better smoked can be tricky..
