May not matter to smokers but I'm making sausage. SCORE!!
Much easier to slice up for meat grinder.
I'm making some more of my breakfast sausage.

I believe Hormel is usually the brand they've got for 1.99 specials...which is back next week!

The sales are company wide I believe. Supplies are specific and limited I'm sure so you'll need to check it out. I highly suggest carving out of Coppa Muscle you do some curing since its so cheap.
