Plannin on building a vertical smoker from commerical double door freezer. Its 6ft wide 6 ft tall 30in deep. Would love to try stick burner but need help figuring out how to do so. Like to have it on the side so i could also run a propane burner for set and forget smoking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
