Either a still or waiting for blast off !!!     How does it smoke ?       Unusual design I like it

The fire box is 30 inch pipe with two baffles in to get indirect heat. Lower baffle also serves as water tank to as steam. Has 2 dampers 6x6 for air to fire box. Cooking chamber is an old concrete mixer with 6 rpm motor spinning the racks inside. Building one more rack for doing ribs. Put a draft booster fan on the recirculating tube to take smoke from the top and blow down. Convection smoker? Material is 3/8 to 1/2 so it is real heavy but holds heat well.
