Vertical 250 gallon smoker

JckDanls 07, There are two large vents that go through the smoker from the fire box and two more going from the smoke box to outside. All adjustable. The pipe from the firebox to outside is in addition and can always be closed. It may be overkill on the venting options but i like options. Infact, I will be able to adjust smoke/heat leaving the smoke box as well as into the smoke box and of course into the firebox. I am thinking the more options, the more chance of a success. Right?

Maybe...I someday I would need more heat to the pizza box and I needed to fire box to breath more.

Way cool. We used to have one made out of ceramic or terracotta. It fell over and you know what happened.

Good use of tank ends.

Some pics of this mornings work. Lots of grinding...no fun
