Looks great, the tender loins in our deer here aint no where near that big lol, now the loin is a decent size, tested a couple little pieces yesterday while I cut and vaced, need a few more to get through to next season but times running out.

backstraps look fantastic. Drank Moosehead for the first time last summer, I think they named it after the wrong end of the moose....LOL
