That would be BBB. Short for Buckboard Bacon. It's bacon made from Pork butt instead of belly. Good stuff. Good lookin stuff you got there Supertramp.

Really that is BBBB   Bearcarvers buck board bacon . thanks for the recipe on wiki there Bear, it turned out great .

Well I have to agree with evryone here so far has said that some good looking bacon an sausage too. I really need to make some more bacon.
