I have never saved the shanks before. Friend gave me some last year. Made Osso bucco, turned out excellent I thought. Will always save them from here on in.

Thanks, I'm out of venison shanks, going to have to make a by the book, traditional veal osso bucca.

Fruit salad with assorted Asian fruits and others is great.
Only one fruit I won't touch and that's Durian.
