I picked up a LEM a couple years ago after my mid-grade food saver finally died (lots of use on that thing), have never been overly impressed with it but it does ok I guess. Buddy told me about his chamber sealer he has and got to see it work one day and decided I needed one, he sent me a link to Vevor and I got the medium sized one for I think $380 delivered. Got no complaints about it outside of the obvious issue of storage. Currently I got it setup in the garage on a little table next to my bench, my buddy has his in the garage on a shelving system where he keeps everything for it

Had to do a little looking but I got the DZ-260C. I registered or something like that and got a better price than what was originally marked. looks like it was $380.59 with shipping to ND.
Like I said it is big and heavy and I haven't used it near as much as my buddy but he has used the heck out of his for a few years with no issues, one of our buddies did like 12-15 whole chickens and there was enough chamber room for that and his is the slightly smaller size machine. He had researched into it and apparently it is the same pump and components as VacMaster I think, mine came with compressor oil which you will have to add yourself to the machine, doesn't take much, settings I think I tweaked a little but pretty close to what it comes set at. Obviously you are a little restricted on length but man it is nice for some things that have moisture like fish after I get done filleting and washing everything, deer meat, burger, etc. I just get the excess moisture off if I feel like it, throw it in a bag and run it

I got is connected with a #14 stranded wire. Crimped the heat strip end around the wire and soldered it. Drilled a hole in the brass end and ran the wire through to have strong mechanical connection and solder it. It works, will it hold up a long time. Have to wait and see for the next batch of stuff I run.
