VACATION SMOKE

took vacation and went to North Carolina to see the grandkids,daughter and son in law.
So the son in law and i did some smoking on his propane smoker. Smoked some Dino eggs, turkey legs and a pork shoulder.

Great time and some great smoked food

Al,
he is part of the group and i was teaching/showing him how to smoke. The grandkids love the Dino Eggs and so do I!!

hard boiled egg, wrapped in sausage and then bacon wrapped around that.

Thanks wasn't sure if it was burger or sausage. Guess you could use either one.
